Hope you are feeling the agony and pain, I am going through for brand new laptop, getting problem of very slow speed, noise and touch screen sense problem of the machine made in China.
Please stop mockery in the name of technical support and non availability in phone without trying at all. Today I have answered seven calls on the phone number you have also tried through out the day.
Mr Bhatia, I will not allow you to repair my brand new machine. Please change the laptop or upgrade with NEW INSPIRON 15 3567 of Rs 60590/- and I am ready to pay balance Rs14000.00 for this upgraded version.
Please act for consumer satisfaction and don't act to harass a bonafide customer.
If you can't do either then please give me a address where I can send you this laptop free of cost with a request to showcase this item to aware your customers not to select this laptop or this company.
Please do something for the sake of justice to a teacher.

Please change or upgrade the machine as requested earlier if possible. The machine is very slow with disturbing noise. Technical support team have done nothing.
I still hope you will uphold the company reputation and do the justice to uphold consumer satisfaction.

Dear Sir
Since morning, I am calling Compu India and Technical Support team. One has asking to other a number of times. What type of behavior I am getting from Dell Sir ?
Last time Mr Sandip of Support team has told me that this is a out of box issue and only Compuindia can solve it.
I have told earlier that the laptop is working very very slowly, problem of noise and touch screen sensitivity.
Please make necessary arrangement of replacement or update with New Inspiron 15 3567 and I am ready to pay extra Rs14000.
Please do the needful for customer satisfaction and please don't harass me, a bonafide customer of DElLL sunce 2014.

Sun may 26, 2019 My brand new Dell Inspiron 15 3521 15.6 in touchscreeen Windows 8 intel corei3 laptop Corei3 suddenly tured off for the 2nd time now for no reason at all and when i tryed to press the power button the front power light turned on and blinked for a second then off. My new laptop just suddenly stopped working for no reason.
