I have purchased Dell Laptop on date 22.05.2014 vide Serial no. DT4X5Z1 in my favour namely Kanchan Charan. Now, my system has detected problem in the screen and its immediate repair. The DELL 4/07/2015.
I am one of your customers, having purchased DELL –LED Monitor of 20’’ on 16/07/2012. The serial No of monitor is S/N: CN-03H[protected]IBA-DU75. From a retail shop named “ Computer arcade” running by Mr. Krishnakumar, at Calicut, Kerala, India PIN 673571.
When it was purchased there were a few black dots on the monitor, I was informed the fact to Krishnakumar, but he told me that it is usual and there may not be any problem in working, while as per the suggestion of my friend I reported this fact to DELL toll free No:[protected] printed in the user guide one year back. And their also directed to proceed if there is no problem in working.
While now, three week back (10/5/2015) I felt disturbance in working by appearing a horizontal line across the monitor and feeling flickering on the screen.
Immediately I reported the fact to above said No: consequently after a week a complaint reporter (He told me that he is not the staff of DELL but a technician of Digital printing machine and attending these cases by payment basis) attend the problem. According to the technician, the problem is due to the dust inside the panel and company will not responsible for this complaint.
In fact, I had paid Rs.6300/- for the monitor and used only two and an half year.
So, request you to rectify the problem at the earliest.
