Hello DHFL,

Since You have not replied to my email and least bothered about whats happening around. Let me do a good favor to you and let you know whats happening around, If you don't take serious actions things will be messed up big time. I have mentioned everything in points below to make you understand better

1. First thing first please refer my pervious email and understand what was going around.
2. I am a genuine customer with excellent credit and I challenge you to prove it wrong and any given point and I bet my life on it.
3. After my previous email things went on well and people followed up quite fast and even approved the loan which made me extremely happy and thankful.
4. I am more glad to let you know that NO ONE from DHFL came to my house ever for verification and I was the one following up every time by visiting your office almost every day - HINT. Is it due to my credit scores or you run business in this way ???. Please keep this point in mind which will relate things.
5. My request was being followed up by your representative name viswanath, who was my first and last contact from DHFL. My first impression about him was good until he started showing his true intentions.
6. As mentioned in my previous email I have submitted all the documents and even provided more reference documents which could clear the verification process faster.
7. There were few documents which was provided to you by me and were misplaced from your end and I had to provide them again. Which was done intentionally by the representative and was part of his plan ( I am providing the email attachment which I received from your representative)- HINT.
8. Since the missing documents caused delay and i was angry because we were losing time. This made me speak to the branch office manager Gopalkrishna and he was the one who accepted that the document was misplaced from your end (these were the two documents
1) Copy of Sale Deed, bearing No.1304/2014 & its link documents/pahanis for 13 years.
2) Copy of Encumbrance Certificate from 01.01.1996 till date.)
9. Few days after that the loan was approved and I even came to office along with the co applicant my mother and completed the paper work and paid the remaining amount by cheque.(Just to let you know I paid almost the same amount to viswanath as I did to DHFL and the reason were stamp paper, signature correction and what not . I was okay with the amount which I paid to viswanath, since I was happy the loan was approved.(I signed on the documents and agreed the terms and conditions on the 5th of match). Addition to that he made me accept the Indemint bond which you very well know how it changes things (Which was part of the plan) . - HINT
10. As DHFL needs a copy of pass book or cheque of the owner to prepare the payment cheque. I approached the owner and asked for it. He clearly rejected when I asked for it and I even tried to convince him for 3 days. Then viswanath asked for his number and spoke to him and I was surprised to the core he agreed to provide everything in 10 minutes.-HINT. Then I went and collected the banking copy which I still have it with me along with the photograph of the owner. This time the owner seems to be happier…hummm.
11. Now when the loan was approved and finally I will be able to buy what I always dreamed of, Suddenly on the 10th of march (which was supposed to be my registration date initially) I get a call saying that there is a missing link document 27460/2006 AGPA. This obviously as a customer made me feel irritated, even after that I was patient enough and Viswanath followed with the owner and he got it done quicker than I expected - HINT.
12. Again on the 11th of March, Viswanath asked for one more document which I don’t recall what it is called and he still managed to get it somehow from eseva by paying from my end and submitting it to someone for verification and god know what kind of dumb person he is - HINT.
13. But somehow the loan got approved and even the cheque has been printed and is ready to be issued to the owner at the point of registration. This made me very happy and I was so happy to the core.
14. What surprised me was the owner was aware about the cheque printing and loan approval way more before than I do. Much surprising was the owner even knows my CTC, workplace and god knows what all my financial information - HINT
15. Since I was in a very happy mood and all excited about registration. The owner now was delaying registration date and this was all planned beautifully and flawlessly.
16. Yesterday, I have been to the document writer who was referred to me by owner and fortunately he was not at office. This made me think over all from the scratch and investicate it myself to the core.
17. Now please go to my 6th point which says I even provided more documents for quicker verification and one of them was online encumbrance certificate. I am attaching the file for better understanding and if a person like me can understand it, I am sure you can understand it better and please look into the below image. Looking at the below image of file attached Chinna Narasimha Reddy is not a owner in the first place and is pure fraud.

18. Since I took me just a day to figure out such a simple thing and I am not telling why was it not figured out from your end????-HINT . and I thought about it for a while and the answer very simple this document had never reached you and the credit goes to your agent viswanath, on whom I can bet 100% (Please take your time and search for it).
19. All this while I was following up with only viswanath from the beginning and did things which he asked for every time only on trust nothing more nothing less and below mentioned are the points for better understanding
· He asked me to make a notary by paying 10, 000 Rs to owner (This payment I made only after viswanath talked to the owner )
· First cheque for 2865 Rs for initial processing.
· Second cheque for 4050 Rs for further processing Charge.
· 1500 paid by cash without getting any receipt.
· He charged 200 rs for each stamp paper signature claiming it’s a must and had to be used . I believe he used more than 10, so that makes 2000 Rs.
· Getting the paper work and required documents from my end I spent around 2000 Rs
· Above all it took me depressing amount of time to follow up with documents and long hours of travel, which was okay with me if everything was legal.


20. I went extra mile and even figured out the owner and viswanth had made a deal if the loan gets approved he gets some share of money, I will very soon get those numbers. Please relate all the -HINT mentioned above which will give you a pinch of what i am going through right now.

Respected Sir whoever is reading it. This is a hard earned money please respect and value customers who invest trust and faith in your company.


I am supposed to get the registration done under my name on Monday or Tuesday. I am very glad that I was able to nail this story sooner than later.

Just to let you know I have not revealed all this to Hyderabad DHFL team because things will go missing and get settled internally.

Please note i just want my hard earned money back along with interest, with the same trust and faith i invested on to your company nothing more nothing Less. So kindly take ownership and contact me ASAP to resolve it before things get messed up It took me 3+ hours to explain all this and It wont take much time to put it on social media, news paper or take it to High Court .

To whomsoever it may concern

I am writing this in reference to the service which was provided to me which is completely don’t make any scene. To start with I was interested to purchase a land which is located at Badangpet Hyderabad which is pity much close to my office and my current residence. After a lot of follow up with owner and conducting self-research I came to a decision to get Land + Construction loan ASAP.
My Friend who is already staying at the same venture and fortunately taken the loan from DHFL referred me, since I was excited and want to purchase land and complete the construction sonner than later. I followed up with DHFL and submitted all the required documents and convinced the land owner that will make the total payment within 25 days. Since I have a excellent flawless credit(I have never taken any loan till date), property is with clean documentation and My friend who referred me to DHFL has closed the loan (Loan Account Number [protected]). I was confident enough this will expedite my request at the earliest.
I have been interacting with the DHFL sales team regarding the documentation got everything sorted out and submitted on the 20th Feb. I was very much confident enough that nothing should cause a problem. Then recently I was called by DHFL guy for site visit then had a photo shoot answered all his questions and made him talk to the neighbors to get his questions answered and even provided the loan account# of my friend to expedite the validation process. Since all the things which were expected to be done from my end were fulfilled on time.
Since it’s been 12 days and I dint herd back from anyone I gave a call to the sales team and he informs me that there have been problem. That’s when it triggered very badly . The opposite plot was financed by PNB (Punjab national bank) and the sales agent even approached me but I ignored since the processing time was 15 days and Moved to DHFL since I was on a impression that things work faster here and i was informed everything will be verified within a 7- 10 days.
Now that I have wasted these many days and good amount of money and get in return a horrible service. I deeply regret from bottom of my heart for choosing DHFL. Why do you even give commitment when you can’t keep it? Or attest let customers know early so that they can look for other options?

If you say there is a problem with my credit OR Problem with property I will accept it. Here the request/question is simple when DHFL is able to provide loan for individual who stays in same venture Y can't it give me? And if something is stopping you don’t you think its your minimum responsibility to let the customer know ?.

Since, my day is already wasted today just to get your simple reply. I would really appreciate if you at least let me know this sooner than later. So that I can stop entertaining you people and take business elsewhere.

DHFL — regarding debit of amount for my account

Sir, I apply personal loan on Jan-2015 but Cheque received on last week of April-2015 and amounting of Rs.10, 140/-debit to my account on dated 13/04/2015 after this after few days amounting of Rs, 4777/- again debit to my account.
