I have booked ticket from hyderabad to amalapuram through paytm, journey date 22/06/16. At last moment of the day bus operator has cancelled the ticket & told me that the amount of rs.3180/- will be refunded on next day but the amount has not yet refunded. Please refund the amount of rs.3180/- at the earliest.

Really it is worst..I never see such late.the bus must reach Vizag by 7:30 from Hyderabad bt destination was not reached even at 11.the drivers were making money like rtc bus at every stop.they doesn't go on hiway...They collect money by hiring people in the middle of the way.
I just dnt wanna travel in this again
