DHL Express India — Now delivery of courier | |
I ordered casio protrek watch from "discovery japan" on 01 july 2020 because that model of the watch was not available on any website. On 04 july, the watch was shipped from japan and on 05 july, it was delivered to dhl centre at delhi. I was contacted by dhl kyc on 07 july about address proof. I deposited my pan card image, aadhar card image. But, i was going to available at a relative's address at the time of delivery. I submitted a certificate that i will be available at that address for courier delivery. I sent signed certificate. Since then, i have tried numerous times but to no avail. Daily, my email is bombarded by emails from dhl for kyc procedure. Such bombardment also happens in the form of daily sms. Now, contacting dhl customer care is difficult and time consuming. Even then, i have filed numerous complaints at dhl to call me. They call anytime. At time, when i am doing some personal work, gym etc. They were even requested by my relative to call me in 20 minutes. But the call never came. Thus dhl employee team lacks care for its customers. I bought this watch for rs 29, 957.44. But dhl does not have adequate concern for its customers. My courier awb is [protected]. I hope that after lodging this complaint, positive results unfold i. E. I recieve my watch asap.
