Digi Cable — Cable not working daily in night

I missed critical soccer world cup matches because o[censored]sual turn off of Digicable services (usually in night). Info of my area: Digicable Indore +[protected] Area cable operator: Name - Nitin Mobile number (whose number is usually swicthed off after 10 pm): [protected] This cable service also went off suddenly after 1st of April without any notice to subscribers from local cable operator due to which I missed critical World cup cricket T20 semi finals and Final.
