This is in regards to an indian cdc application which was filled in and submitted on 10th jan 2018. After the payment was done, the site said that it has failed but 700 inr got debited from my account after which i did the re payment and it was successful and i was again charged 700 inr. Attached is the snapshot of the payment success.

Sir iam 30 years old i was just completed electrical and electronics engineering course (75% mark) now iam planning to do eto, but i have no 50% mark in english subject in both sslc and plus two, iam belonging in scheduled tribe can i get any mark relaxation for doing eto. I applied for the fresh cdc. Now it shows that your application is rejected. It also shows that mail containing the reasons for rejection has been= sent to you. But i did not receive such mail. The reasons for rejection has been stated that docs are not self attested/pp is not authenticated.
