The issue started from around 12th May 2019.
I am using Dish TV for more than 3 years. In that period I never had an issue.
Currently, after TRAI rule, I have changed the plan from Dish TV Platinum to only free channel ie 153/- per month. After changing the plan I have started getting the issue, ie only very few channels are working.
Then I added some paid channels but still, only a few channels were available.
Today (09-Jul-2019), all channels are not available.
On calling customer care they are asking that the issue is at my end.
According to me, they are not providing good service as I am using only free channels.
In between, I was receiving a message on the screen that there is no balance in your account (screenshot attached).
