Dish TV — Cheated by Sales guy taken money 4400/- and not subscribed for one year.

Hi this is sukanya my father has taken a dish tv on jan 12th VC NO : [protected]. Sales guys told i[censored] take a package for one year u will get 2 month extra for free. So he paid 4400/- subscribe for one year package . but on feb 22nd tv channels were not coming so he contacted this agent he said he will check it . but nothing was done. next day he stopped picking the calls from my father. when i checked up with customer care i came to know that it was recharge for ONE Month and not for ONE Year.. Then i have contacted sales manager of dish tv under whome this disturbutor comes RAMAKANT-([protected]).Again they have recharaged for one month only. Repeatedly i am calling the disturbutor and sales manager. NO BODY is taking any action NOr they are recharging . Is this way u guys are cheating the innocent people. I want my refund and action against this sales guys whose has taken our money.
