Dish TV — Dish TV Customer didn't respond Emails & Call me messages against my issue with Dish Pack

I am using Dish TV Tru HD under my Dish Account No :- [protected] and I am running Maxi Sports Pack on my dish. On 14.08.2015, I opened my Dish TV account through internet on my laptop, and I was checking my account and instantly I received a message that GAMES PACK has been activated for Rs.30 per month. I have not subscribed for it, kindly deactivate this pack and revert the amount back in my Dish TV Account. For above Issue i had send "Call Me" message 3 times, and send 5 times emails regularly. But Not a single person responded Call and Email. So I request you to Kindly look into matter and do needful. I shall be very thankful.
