[Resolved]  Dish TV — dish tv set top box 102 error

I am the owner of three dish tv set top boxes with vc no.

All are showing error 102 since 4 days ie. 29th october 2018. I have made repeated calls to no use. No service engineer has visited me despite me being in a city, hyderabad. I never expected such a horrible service from dish tv. I have been a customer since more than 5 years but this issue will end the relationship.
