[Resolved]  Dish TV DTH — Withdrawal of channels

Dear Grievance officer,

I would like to inform you that we have multi connection of DISH TV DTH with VC no. [protected] running as a Multi 3 connection in which [protected] and [protected] VCs running as a child connections. From the very beginning we had been enjoying family pack of Bengali bonanza.

As per earlier intimation from DISH TV, active base pack on Parent VC [protected] was Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.400/- per month including all taxes and active base pack on child 1 [protected] connection has been Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.180/- per month including all taxes along with Sports Bonanza alacarte worth Rs.40/- per month including all taxes. Similarly, active base pack on child 2 [protected] connection was also Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.180/- per month including all taxes along with Sports Bonanza alacarte worth Rs.40/- per month including all taxes.

I wanted to recharge for 6 months mainly to get the benefit of DIST TV offer of 15 days extra viewing. Accordingly I deposited Rs. 5460/- on time on 15th June, 2014. However after recharge I find many of the channels are not coming specially Star channels, UTV, etc which were coming earlier. I don't understand why the same channels are not being continued without notice or any indication or any known reason.

Now tell me clearly whats is to be done to get the same rectified immediately. Also kindly let me know how DISH TV DTH would compensate for this inconvenience for more than 15 days.
