[Resolved]  Dish TV — In FTA Pack dish tv denying to resolve issue

Dear Sir, I have dish tv connection no- [protected], dish tv offer me for FTA pack. when I activated this pack on my dish recharge from 600 rs. After one week sound problems come.I call to dish customer care they told me your setup box problem. but they denied to replace with same pack. Before offering or recharge FTA pack. Dish tv did not inform me about that if you will get any problem your connection problem not resolved and you have to take a new connection. I have also recharge for al-carte 200 rs. Now my total 800rs worthless. Dish tv reply me this mail given below . Dear Sir,

I have not get any call regarding my issue, I am continue facing this issue and issue has not been resolved. I tried to talk several time
but dish tv care not agree to change setup box with my running pack. why you are making fool to customer. I have FTA pack so u are
not agree to replace my setup box. It is better that you close FTA pack.
