Dish TV India Ltd. — Recharge amount paid for one year but validate only for nine months | |||||
Dist TV-VC [protected] in the name of Ved Prakash at Ghaziabad (UP West-NCR) I paid Rs. 3000 on 30th July, 2015 for making one year payment through online on Bachat ka Formula recharge webpage, after making payment, the Dist TV is not agreed that the said payment is made for one year. (recharge online window page is attached for ready reference) After various communication with Dish TV Officers, in absence of satisfaction, on 13th August, 2015, I written my detailed complaint to Mr. Mohit Kumar Mishra, Dish TV Nodal Officers, Dish TV india Ltd., B-10, Essel House, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110035, Phone:[protected]/41/42/43, Email: [protected]@dishtv.in through email, but no result. However, various futile telephone calls were received from Dish TV customer care officers during the period. Very recently on 5th January, 2016, I again contacted with Mr. Mohit Kumar (above) to know the current status of my complaint through email with an intimation that if my problem did not resolved up to 12th January, 2016, I will post my complaint on the social media and other authorities by indicating the TEAM OF DR. SUBHASH CHANDRA IS NOT WORKING ACCORDING TO THE MARKET ETHICS, but no result. Concerned authorities are requested to take an serious and appropriate action against such type of cheater companies who misguiding the customers without any cause for their own interest and benefit. Dear Dish TV Representative,
Your clarification is totally wrong, when you are giving free set top box and free registration for new Dish TV customenrs then how you can take charges for activation charge from your old customers.
This is totally extortion of money illegally and I will take this case to Consumer Forum, Rajsthan.
You are charging wrongly since I have purchased Dish TV. Now I will not give you any chance for this.
I will also send this complaint to Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore, I & B Minister of India.

With ref. to my Dist TV-VC No. : [protected] in the name of Sudhir Nainawati at Udaipur ( Rajasthan ).
I paid Rs. 500 on 19th Jan’2016 for making two months super family pack subscription recharge through Paytm.com.
After making payment, I have received sms from Dish TV that your next recharge date will be 12th mar’2016 but according to the recharge dt on 19th Jan’2016, my next recharge dt. Should be 19th Mar’2016.
Every time dish tv deduct our hard earned money from recharge amount. In every two three month they increase family pack recharge amount and which also without our consent.
Also 80 to 90% channels are free to air channels.
Dish TV is doing unethical, fraud and 420 activities. All are requested to avoid this fraud, cheater company.
If my problem did not resolved till 29th February, 2016, I will post my complaint on the social media.
