[Resolved] Dish TV — no response, pathetic service | |||
Dear sir/ ma'am, I want to raise complaint for dish tv, since the introduction of trai notification, the dth provider is not listening to mails and customer care people giving notice response and switching off channels without intimation. Moreover, they are not updating packs. We are continuously trying to reach them but to no avail. The dth has no information on the packs and how to get the customers happy. Kindly advise.
