I have registered a complaint that my set top box is not working properly on 30th August 2022.
Dish Tv people are telling that they don't have a set top box...
Still I have not received any resolution on this. In Spite of recharge.. we are not able to watch channels.
No technician has yet visited our premises. Customer care is just providing excuses. Even the service center technicians are very rude towards us and they say do whatever you want to do. This type of behaviour is not acceptable towards customers in today's world. This is pathetic.
Kindly disconnect the service if you are not able to provide resolution to my complaint.

I am continuously following with the customer care team but they are taking undue advantage of customers as they cannot refund money back if we disconnect Dish Tv.
My set top box is in warranty but still they want to earn 1200/- extra for set top box so they are purposely delaying the procedure and not sending technician.Even the technician are so rude that they tell we will file a complaint against you if you call us again and again. This is pathetic situation where in customers are being harassed for not providing appropriate service. and still they are blamed for calling again and again.
I request you to take some strict action against DISH TV.
I will loose money if I disconnect Dish TV in between with no fault of mine..I will not get any refund if I disconnect in between. .Please its a humble request to take some serious action against DISH TV as they are just looting customers money with NIL service.
