As per our conversation on 7016106927, your unused amount of Rs. 299/- has been transferred from Wrong VC 02512930402 to Correct VC 02512930302. Moreover, your pack has been downgraded to New Super Family pack worth Rs. 253 + 18% GST = Rs. 299/- per month as you are not interested in retention offer and wants to downgrade even after offer lapse. Also, removed Popular HD add-on from VC. Now, the total renewal amount is Rs. 299/- per month (including GST) Moreover, the next recharge date is 6th Feb. 2019 and next switch off date is 9th Feb. 2019.
