I have dish tv connection dishtv connection. I’m continuously facing problem for my dish tv package. Without my permission they change my package. Their customer care giving very poor services. Whenever i call at [protected] They never pick their customers calls and sipmly cut my phone. I many tine write email also but no reply come. But whenever i call to the customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait they cut my phone. I send my details Name - jafar imam Mob. Verified Support Feb 14, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Jafar, We would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.
