[Resolved] DishTV — 102 error code | |||
My dishtv with the vc number [[protected]] parent connection is working but my child connection is not working since 01/08/2019. I recharged for 3 months in july 2019 i still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 11/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. I am now told that stb is faulty and technician will visit and charge his visit of rs.450/-. I dont understand what kind of a service they provide. 95% of times when i call customer care, their systems are aalways updating and we are told to call back after 20-25 mins. When i asked them to refund and disconnect they say ill not get the refund of the same back. This happens always when i get a recharge of more than 3 months done. I really dont know what to do..
