[Resolved]  DishTV — about dish tv dth... feeling cheated

I am user of dish tv. My v c no [protected]
Initially we took this connection last year in october or november 2017. They told us that it will be with 7 hd channel.
But after three months they discontinued it.
We have complained it on their customer care. They said it will be not available in that pack and it was only for three months which they have not confirmed during connection.
Anyway today i spoke to customer care again for helping channel in evening and some representative advise me that if i will recharge for 224 rs i will get 7 he channel, same time he said that if i will recharge it 295 rs than more he channels will come so i asked than what about if i pay for one year than he said twenty percent discount will be offered. So i had recharge it with 2832 for 12 month.
After. 2-3 hours i checked but still no hd channel were there.
Than i again dial customer care number and one person were saying it has not been activated and i have to charge more as your balance is low. I don't understand that still it was showing that three days was there in my next recharge and i did it before that. So he was clueless and dumb only say i can understand but can't help you.
All customer care executive are useless and making fool to customer.
I do feel now cheated by them as now already one year recharge done. And no he channels. Just they are cheating their customer.
Even customer care representative disconnected my call and no response now from them.
It's my hardened money.
