I am recharging for south all sports pack for rupees 275 and I have upgraded my set top box by paying 699 today and they have changed my pack from south all sports pack to some jumbo pack of rupees 220.

I am really getting frustrated because of your services.

So please I kindly request you to change my pack as soon as possible to south all sports pack.

I had purchased dishtv on 17th april and i took platinum sports subscription for 6 months. Last one week it says vc deactiated. My VC no is not yet verified. I already given my phone no [protected]. No one called so far. My VC no is [protected]
I have recharge 290Rs. monthly
But my recharge validity are 30 days but I have been received in 20 days validity.
My monthly recharge payments are not required
Please change the all sports pack and activet new super family pack.

My dish tv setup box is not functioning as before and signal also not coming.
Channel surffing speed slow and not support some channel
Please help me to retrieve my mobil number and name of my vc.no
My vcno is [protected]. Dish TV since many days I was not using my dish.TV it was deactivated for long time so please help me to retrieve my registered mobil number and name.. Thank you

channel remove from my pakage

dear sir/madam, i noticed that many more channel's are remove from my running package without any sending message. So i want that removing channel's on my package immediately, because i give u full package value.

non availability of all channels for which money paid and no response to sms

my dish tv vc no. [protected]. i have paid rs. 2640/- . but i am not getting etv marathi channel 876. i have given sms on 57575. but there is no reply. there is offer of 238 channels but i am unable to get all 238 channels.

Online recharge problem

onlline web page not opening from last one week, Unable to recharge online. could you please check in.
