[Resolved] DishTV — activated vas without intimating the concerned consumer. | |||
I have a connection of dth connection of dish tv network and my vc no. Is [protected] (P) in favour of tapas kr. Mitra. Sir the said service provider has activated 02 value added service without intimating myself. To deactivate those i registered two requests bearing no.[protected] dt.04.02.2020 and[protected] dt.08.02.2020, but out of two only one has been deactivated till now. Sir my concern is to request you to stop these types of to activate this type o[censored]nwanted vas in future without the prior consent of customer and if possible to make arrangements for refunding my extra money.
