[Resolved] DishTV — add on services started without consent of consumer | |||
Usually i recharge my dishtv (Vc no. [protected]) for family pack. Recently i noticed that our pack is expiring without completing 1 month time and i found that there are 2 addon packs active in my a/c (Hd pack and dance pack), which were activated without my consent. I communicated by phone call and email to dishtv. But they have denied to accept their fault and refused to refund money. Was this information helpful? | |||
