[Resolved] DishTV — after technician fixed also we are not able to view channels | |
Dear sir/madam, [protected] complaint was raised on 24th august 2019. It took four days, technician to come and fix. He said picture will come within half an hour. But picture didn't come even after 18 hours. Please resolve it. Request you to take action on the concern person who is responsible for this issue. I raised issue, because i was not able to see the picture. Not because of i was getting 301 error message on the television. The customer care is telling they fixed 301 error i need to raise one more complaint for not viewing channel. As a customer, i raised issue that we are not able to view channels.
