[Resolved] DishTV — all free channels not showing _ complaint not resolved. 11 days passed. | |||
Sir, My first dish tv set top box vc no. Is [protected] and second vc no. Is [protected] installed in single premises. I purchased / installed both set top box separately amount of rs 5800/- approx for 3 years nonstop pack. From 1st month of recharge dish tv charging me for my all add on channels, but they stop and deactivated in my both set top box nonstop pack/ free channels which i need to see without charging any fee. I contacted many times (Apprx. 70-80 times) to disth tv customer care to activate my free channels but for that they says that visit charges should be payable rs 210 something. When i contacted many times to dish tv customer care and said that why i pay visit charges, then once they admitted my call and confirm me that visit charges of technical would be free of any charge & my complaint will be resolved. I have a call records of that. But still my complaint is in force and not completed. Sir, dish tv company is only activate my add-on channels for which i recharged & paid separately but they stopped my maximum free channels in both set top boxes. Sir i harassed many times such as my call put on hold, by call drop or engaging me every time on phone to verify my vc number & my identity by various customer care executive. Every time when i called, approx 40-60 minutes they take for checking my detail in system. They waste my time & their time also. Some time, they put my call on hold and sometime transfer. Every time they said that your request will complete in system and it will take 15 minutes. If i check after 20 minute in tv and see that my request is not processed, then i again call to customer care, then i get a response from customer care that my request will complete in next 15 minutes. Sir they repeatedly says same thing for my single complaint/request handled by various customer care of dish tv company. Sir my point is that, when i paid my full amount for 3 years to dish tv for free channels, then why i pay for technician visit charges to dish tv company. When they can start my add on channel on my request or phone calls, then why dish tv company can not start my free channels on my phone calls or request. Why it is necessary to send technician to check that chatri is proper or not / signal is proper or not. When all system including chatri, set top box or cable or other hardware is only of dish tv company and add on channels is start on request then free channel should be start on phone calls or request. Firstly all free channels should not be done deactivated by dish tv company. Dish tv company update its system itself that what have to see customer and what have to hide from customer so that they earn more from customer. Sir i lastly recharged rs 210/- for my popular hd add on channels (Monthly 69/-) for 3 months before march'19. But as after march rules and regulation has changed by government. After march'19 my account balance automatically used by dish tv company by start many channels without my request (Which we do not used to see or don't' want to see.) they full utilized and consume our account balance without taking our concern. I demanded that which basic service and channels i can see, but they didn't provided yet. Sir dish tv company only want that i only recharged for my add on channels and i should not see free channels, so that they can earn more & more from me. And we should only follow to dish tv customer care/ company. Sir, i want from company. 1) all free channels should be start without any further delay. For which i will not pay any fee or charges. 2) contact time or call duration should be very minimum if we contact to customer care. 3) also immediate action / good service should be provided to customer. Avoid call transfer to senior person & call drop & call back. Give proper resolution & service in first attempt. If executive is not in condition to give proper response then company should suffer, why customer will face & suffer. 4) avoid to earn extra from consumer. 5) list of all basic & free channels list applicable to me for my both set top boxes. 6) my activate service should be run without any break or discontinuance. If in future company's system get fail, then i will not pay any amount to company. Service should be good in quality and quick. Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||
