[Resolved]  DishTV — amount paid online for new connection but no response at all from dish tv and no support

I had paid amount online for new connection and got a call saying we would be coming for installation but till date there is no one and when i call customer care they say u have to talk to online customer service.
Who the # is now online customer care?
Why are they fooling people?
Token number is 645215
And reference number [protected]

On every call to customer service they are not able to solve the issue and just cut the call

Kindly first start training to your escaltion matrix team.
Where will a customer go if he does not have any support from your side?
Why should a customer follow up with you people after all the procedures followed.
Why do we need to search this type of sites to reach you?
Please do follow escalation matrix of your company if present or make an effort to complete it.
