My d2h customer id is[protected].
I restarted my stb after a year in consultation with d2h cc and as per guidelines i have paid rs 270 to d2h but still i am not able to see the channels as per packages. I called cc but everyone is giving different answers and all are procrastinating the issue finally cc asked me to get it checked with service engineer with charge of rs 200.
I am not understanding why should i pay if it is d2h issue. I have paid my monthly charge also my stb is at right track as i can view my home channels still people are asking to get it checked.
It's a trick to loot the customer by giving such options.
