[Resolved] DishTV — Antena Not Installed Properly | |||
I hv taken Dish TV connection 2 months back by every 2nd am having problem with signal. In 2 months I hv called the tecnician more than 8 times to rectify the signal. The problem is they hv not installed the Antenna properly. Without chk'ing with us the tecnican and installed the antenna just beside the wire on which people put their cloths to dry( on the terrace of the flat) so when ever they put the cloths on wire signal stops coming. Even though it was informed to tecnican that people uses this wire for drying their cloths but still the tecnician has installed the Antenna. Now every 2nd day I hv signal problem. Am tell Dish people to change the place of Antenna but they are not ready and want to charge me Rs 450/- of re installation of Antenna. Y should I pay once again to Dish TV? When it is not my fault?
