DishTV — Bad service, delay in response, inexperienced customer care service | |||||
I have selected pick by Channels, Did payment of three months together and CSE told that I will receive call within 24 hrs but haven't received after 46 hours. CSE are rude, inexperience, lack of knowledge, keep on hold for more than 10 minutes just to check information. I spent 200 Rs in following up with them through phone. Surprisingly even after multiple calls I did not receive call back. I am highly disappointed with Dish TV service and thinking why I subscribed to this when I had other option.
