[Resolved]  DishTV — balance amount not refund

Hi,
I am ashish from kanpur. I am a coustomer of dishtv (Set top box) dish provider from couple of years.
I just recharged my set top box account with rs. 200/- on dated 6/3/2019 but channel were blocked after recharge. So i contacted with coustomer help line on the same date, they adviced me to update my set top box immediately to watch all the channels.
So i made the payment of rs 399/- and on dated 7/3/2019 my set top box had been changed by authorised person of dishtv.
My account number of set top box also changed after updates...
When i asked for my balance amount of last recharge of 200/- then the person replied it will be credit to new account within 24 hours.
But amount didn't transferred. After many contacts they replied that amount is not transable..
So what happened with my payment?
Dishtv is making fool or cheating on basis o[censored]pdate the set top box.
It's not a good coustomer service that you are taking much amount but i am getting nothing.
Please resolve asap!

As per our conversation on phone number [protected], billing issue has been resolved. Furthermore, request for channels bouquets has been processed, please keep the STB on LCN 96 for 15 minutes.
