[Resolved]  DishTV — balance deducted and validity reduced yet no response from them

Well i have 205 rs plan and everything was fine until i recharge 100rs. Yes i have done rs100 top-up on[protected] and suddenly my existing balance reduced by 75 rs and validity also reduced by 10 days and no sign of 100rs that i have recharged.

So i called their customer care service toll free number [protected]. No use of calling, because every time i call they give different reasons. So i complained on twitter and they assured this issue will get resolved but no use as well. Two times i got a call from their side, because of twitter - that i sent message, and they said some amount has been deducted we don't know the exact reason, so after reviewing your account we will call back, but no call thereafter. Even i'm sending messages on regular basis in the last 4 days. They are asking me 'allow me some time'. But i lost my patient.

Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.
