sir I have taken 1 year subscription of platinum plan My VC id no [protected]. We have paid difference amount after we opted for HD . can i get information of my expiry date of previous i year subscription . I have paid Rs 2000 at sankalp Electonics Bhelake nagar Pune .([protected], [protected], [protected]) on 12.02.15with cash receipt12798. I poted for platinum plan . on his receipt he is not mentioning plan name expiry date details on it. As per my knowledge expiry date is in march15, but you have stopped service on 12.02.15.
