[Resolved]  DishTV — beware continuing services with dish tv

I have recently renewed my service with dish tv.

After renewal i have noticed that they have removed few channels from my earlier subscription. When i reached out to the customer care and the seniors they are asking me for additional amount to add the channel back which was part of my earlier subscription.

There renewal notification is an eyewash and does not give complete information to the customer.

A new way to generate additional revenue and taking customers for ride. I need to knock doors of consumer court so that at least other prospective costumers do not fall pray to the advertised services of dish tv. My request reference number lodged with dish tv is[protected]

I have mentioned my request number in my earlier message and even posted my comments on your CEO page. I am still receiving the same kind of response from all the corners. I feel Dish TV does not seem to interested in retaining the existing customers. Not happy with the way the operations is run by Dish TV.

Dear sir,

Very poor service from dish tv so many times called to customer care they didnt respond correctly i taken new connection on 19th july 2018 still theri is issues very bad service please take action against this.
