Dear All, I have been customer for more than a decade and was moved from SD to HD. However this weekend the set top box has stopped working. We have tried attaching the Pend drive and also checked and the TV is working. The company has been sent SMS and has not responded. Lately I had highlighted the issue about the connector and they did not help me. Even now the instrument was given under a exchange from SD to HD.
