This Complaint is in regarding the VC no. [protected]. I had temporarily deactivated my VC since some time ago and recently i was getting sms on my RMN [protected] for the 301 cashback on recharging with 301 or above. So i had done a recharge of 302 on 07-april-2017 but when i didnt got the cashback after even calling the [protected] several times i spoke to your Customer Care . At the first they provided information of systems being upgraded so call after some time. Then called them again and they said its our technical fault and they will close this issue in one hour and give the complaint no.
when nothing happened till 9.45 pm i called them again and then they asked me to provide an alternate no. to check if the issue is with operator for miss call .
on providing another no. and then calling on [protected] i didnt got any cashback still.
Then i called again to customer care at 11:45 pm and escalated the same issue they asked me to change my RMN back to original one and then give missed call . i did as they said and yet i didnt got any cashback.
Please help me as i have already tried calling your customer care many times and each times it takes half an hour to reach to them and then i get disappointed when they dont provide any resolution. They end up giving a complaint no. and ask me to wait for one hour but nothing happens.
It feels like being cheated by DISHTV.
