[Resolved]  DishTV — Closing of Life OK channel, VC NO.[protected]

I have recharge on 08.04.2014 for 06 months and paid the amount of Rs.1680/-.On 02.07.2014 Life OK channel was closed without intimation to me. When I asked the reason for closure to customer care, they told me to pay the extra Rs.10/- per month for this channel.I told him that when I recharge then this channel was included in pack, then why you closed this channel without informing and demanding extra payments.He refused to restore the channel without payment and the said amounts has been deducted from my accounts and after that they restored the said channel on 04.07.2014. In view of above you requested to look into the matter and re-credit the amount deducted from my account. Thanking you. Deepak Mishra
