[Resolved] DishTV — complaining about non activation of add on packs | |||
Dear Sir ! In order to get channel no 610, 611, I tried to send firstly SMS--DISHTV GET 610 and secondly 610 at provided no 57575 but the SMS were not received./sent. Then after I looked to send my choice of selection online.Your dear site did not accept either my registered mobile no and even the VC no. I could not understand as why my requests are being neglected.Due to such type of negligence from your end, I am reducing my recharge amount every month and will have to close your DTH services soon. I have recently shifted to a new residence. I have called up Dish tv Customer care number several times for a re-installation. Even after a week, I have not received any call from the CC. I am extremely unsatisfied and will soon think of changing the services.
