[Resolved]  DishTV — complaint about the stupidity act done by DISH TV

I am Arpit Dogra .My VC NO. is [protected]. I had subscribed maxi pack few days ago for six months.On 31 October i received a message from dish tv that w.e.f 31 Oct. Sony, Sab, Max, Max2 will be avail as Ala-Carte pack.On 1 November when I switch on these channel these are removed from the maxi pack.What is it? If DISH TV have new plans then it will apply with next recharge.It will not applied on recharges that the customers already done.It is a stupidity act by their management.Even this will not be done by mobile operators. Suppose customer recharge with 10 Rs. and on that day he get 8 Rs but company changes his plans on next day and now new plan is the on recharge of 10 Rs. customer get only 7. then even they dn't deduct 1 Rupee from customer account. DISH TV user surely unsatisfied with this act of management.i hope you will consider it and take appropriate action.
