I am not getting any response/status from you regarding my complaint, when it will be attended. Since after the cyclone, i am getting error code 301, dish tv should inform the time limit, in which my complaint will be resolved, i am in dark, not to decide either to leave you or i may explore other alternative, dish tv customer care executive told me to give an email with complaint number, even today i did not get any reply. Nodal officer also same reply of no use to me. Since i have balance in my account, i have no option but to wait, but question is that how much to wait. Ultimately i have to choose other alternative seeing no hope from dish tv, such bogus customer relation & service Was this information helpful? |
