[Resolved] DishTV — complaint regarding dish tv irregular schemes which they implement without their customers will | |||||
On 2 feb we recharged our set up box(dishtv) with 169rs scheme for 3 months which gives 3 months 7 days for 507 rs . But they changed the scheme without any notice and after 2 months 6 days they cut off all the signals with a notice 'Your Next Recharge amount is of rs 269' . When we reported about this issue to dish tv customer care . They simply said we can't help u in any way . You must yourself correct this threat by going through dish tv settings .
