DishTV — Costly Pack

Dear sir,

Vc no.[protected]

I have taken a hd pack against rs.399.00 since long. But now enhanced to rs.459.00 which is impossible to me to continue the pack. Now i am willing to change the pact at low cost pack. Please arrange to change at your earliest otherwise i will take other companys pack which is lower than your price and chennels almost same.

I have lodged a conplain on 22/04/2015 but till today i have not yet reply or phone call from your end. Please reply at your earliest otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
