[Resolved] DishTV — customer care missguided | |||
I Choose my Package before 10-15 days as per new TRAI Guidline and give it to Dish TV on Call to Customer Care They give me Figure of Rs. 270 with GST which is perfectly match with Given Channel LIst Prices I Recharge on 1st Feb. 2019 and now They add and remove channels at there end and change my package as Rs. 433 which I never Choose and also cut my money as per that package when I complaint to Customer care they tell me to call back after 2 Hours because there system not working Now from 3 days I am continuously calling Customer care and they give same answer from 3 days No one give properly Answer and Proper Guidance and I m suffering and my money Wasted between Dish TV And TRAI Pls Help Mehul Hindocha [protected] Dish TV VC No. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
