[Resolved] DishTV — customer rudeness | |||
Date: 23/05/19 Incident: 4 news channels from Dish TV is not working properly, i spoke with customer care he try to do with online setting but i was not successful. Than he ask me to call technician at home with 200 charges and for new set of box 200 rupees. Why should I pay to technician if its software problem only 4 channels are not working while in my building front flat Videocon customer can watch those channels properly. Customer care sr person talking me that, if I want to watch those channels i have to pay otherwise I can throw Set of box. But they will not help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
