[Resolved] DishTV — customer support team is very irresponsible | |||
I have done a recharge and it is almost 2 days but my channels still did not resume. I have called customer care they say i have done a refresh but still i faced the same issue... I am totally disappointed as the team is just reading the script but haven't actually resolved my issue when i keep talking the call get disconnected and i don't even get a call back from dish tv.. People are so pathetic there when i was talking today executive megha is getting rude and yesterday shahid a supervisor was rude, i could make it with there tone and response, they said a technician would come but it's 7 and my weekend is wasted, i haven't received a call yet... I want you guys to put yourself in my shoes and see how i would feel, this is so disappointing, if some manger or ceo is watching this please contact me Was this information helpful? | |||
