[Resolved] DishTV — de-activation of my dish tv even after timely recharging | |
My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 25/04/2019. I have recgarged with rs. 1300/- on 23 apr 2019. Transaction id is[protected]. Receiver is showing message as "102. Low account balance. Your account is de-active due to low balance. Please recharge now to resume your entertainment. Your next recharge amount is : rs. 853/- (Min. Recharge rs. 100). Even i am unable to contact the customer-care. Kindly help me. Also i want to change my rmn. Old no. I forgot. How to register the new mobile no. Was this information helpful? | |
