[Resolved]  DishTV — deduct the daily rental when setup box not working

Hi,

I am facing issue with my disth tv ([protected]). I was complaint long back for setup box up gradation but still date no technical engineer not visited my home.
I was recharged last week for twice with amounts rs.350 and 400 but still now i am unable to view channels and again i was complaint to dishtv for this issue. But still date no one can not visit my home.
I called customer care people for many times but they are responding was ridiculous and no one support for me.
Daily basis rental was deducted without working of setup box. My question is without working setup box how you people are deducted my amount. This is unfair.
Regarding this i called customer care but they said if setup box problem also we will deducted the amount.. Thus is not at all fair.
My request is please resolve my setup box up gradation issue asap and also adjust the daily basis rental for setup box not working days.
If you are not responding i will raise complaint in consumer court.

Vc no [protected] is unable to view channels. TV showing error as "301- signal not found." Kindly refresh and adjust the signal. Kindly do the needful. Please contact register mobile number for any queries.
