[Resolved] DishTV — disappointing service level | |||||
Dear Sir, Recently I have shifted to a new area in Bhubaneswar and I has lodged a complaint with DishTv for reinstallation on 13th May but to my surprise I am yet to get any response from the service team.Thrice I have called to customer care to know my status but the same story I have been listening .i.e I have to wait .Its almost 15 days passed and I am quite dissapointed and unhappy with the service respond I am getting as of now.Being compelled and frustrated by the circustances I am thinking of switching to some other service provider.
