[Resolved] DishTV — discontinue broadcast old service without any intimation from my side | |||
Dear Team, I'm using Dish TV broadcast connection from more than 6 month. My Consumer No. is VC[protected]. On 4th night i dialed to Dish TV customer care number many times but call not connected then i dropped a message to call back. Customer care executive call and understood me all the new guidelines and charges of channel tariff compare to my old Dish TV pack "Swagat Pack" New pack will charge more than 350 while my old running pack is of 299 so i refused to take new tariff plan against old pack. Somehow yesterday morning onward then stopped services and channel as per my old pack and for the same i complaint many times but everytime they said that There is technical issue and we will resolve. Now they are saying that i gave them request to change tariff so tariff plan change and old Plan will be discontinue now. From last 2 days we are not showing TV just cause channel we are see is not available and plan change without my any prior intimation. I Told them many times that i dont want to change plan or even i not given any request to change plan but still they change without my request and now they are not giving any proper answer Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 08, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Sanjay, Thanks for reaching out to us. We would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same.
