DishTV — discontinue my service | |||
sir i have two dish tv connection but i am not satisfied with ur service becouse i am facing lots of problem with the dish tv. i just buy the connection before less than two years (around 21 or 22 months before) in my tv connection, it takes lots of time to regain the channel when the we change the cannel, i have complaint two or three time for same issue, ur engineer come and do some thing and it will work some time after it will wok same as before. before last week ur engineer come in my home for same problem it takes service also. when he go after the same problem comes in my child connection. i call many time but ha can't pick my phone. today ur company another engineer come for the same problem and he tell me ur dish not gain proper signal thats why you can change ur dish and the amount is 650 + 250 service charge. kindly you just stop my services. thank u and my vc no. is [protected] and [protected]. friends dont buy diss tv really bad experience.
