[Resolved]  DishTV — dish not working (VC no. [protected])

Dear sir I have a complaint regarding the dish TV which I have been using for last 4 month only. From last two days I am not able to see all channels because of problem accured in dish. I have contacted customer care but they didn't provide me the solution besides they are saying me to give service charge. Although my dish is newly installed hence I am not liable to pay service charge. I have been recharging my dish account time to time and problem still there.
